Derek Burlew if you hadn’t heard about him before, you have now! Derek comes from New Jersey, just 45 minutes from New York city and moved to Reno Nevada to ride there with people like Miller, Foster, Mason and many more of the Nevada homies. Derek is one of the smoothest riders we know and none of our crew has ever seen him over jumping a gap or landing anything but smooth. When Derek got the long distance flip down in 2005 everyone was expacting him to shred it. With his huge extentions, smoothness and huge combos (like cliffhanger to no hand landing without a bar check). Unfortunately Derek broke his fibula and tibia just one week after he got the flip down. Now Burlew is Back and we are glad to present this M.O.D rider through our fmx bible.
