Klagenfurt Waited Eleven Years for This M.O.D Show. It Was Worth Every Single One.

The Wörthersee Stadium, 27 June 2026. Twenty thousand people inside. Eleven years since the last Masters of Dirt show in this city. The air was already electric before a single engine turned over — and what followed was two hours of relentless, jaw-dropping, completely unreasonable entertainment that Klagenfurt is going to be talking about for a long time.

Everything, All at Once

Harry Schofield kicked off his night by riding literally everything — MTB, BMX, Mini Master — before settling in on his Stark Varg electric FMX bike and pointing it at the Big Mamba ramp. Thirty-five metres. Never done at the Wörthersee Stadium before. Done now. New record, new benchmark, and the crowd still hadn't recovered when Filip Podmol rode out and dropped a double backflip — one of the most feared tricks in all of freestyle motocross, executed with the kind of casual mastery that makes it look borderline unfair.

Then Samy Louis Fernbach (fifteen years old — let that sink in) and Spaniard Diego Solans launched into a synchronized triple backflip that briefly made twenty thousand people forget how to breathe. Gerhard Mayer added a buggy backflip. Because the night needed it. Because M.O.D.

The Attempt the World Has Been Waiting For

Dorian Macher rolled up to the ramp with a very specific intention: to land a double backflip tailwhip catch tailwhip. A trick no one — anywhere, at any show, ever — has successfully landed. He came so close that the collective gasp from the crowd was audible across the entire stadium. He'll get it. When he does, Klagenfurt will have been his warm-up. Sending all the love to Connor Stitt, who took a wrist injury during the show — heal up fast, the M.O.D family needs you back.

Zero Margin, Perfect Execution

Adrian Guggemos brought a different kind of precision to the night. Using an FMX kicker, he launched himself up to a platform eight metres off the ground — a platform with a landing surface barely wider than his trials moto's handlebars. He landed it, pulled a full backflip on top of it, then launched himself back down onto the same ramp he'd taken off from. The entire sequence had an effective margin for error of approximately nothing. The crowd watched in stunned silence, then erupted. Moments later, Slovenian stuntmen crew DD Squad sent one of their own 40 metres through the air in a human cannonball launch to an airbag — the longest they have ever performed. Two and a half seconds of complete, stadium-wide silence. Then the loudest noise of the night.

Nobody Saw Masters of Bounce Coming

Least expected. Loudest reaction. Masters of Bounce rolled in with a Berg mega trampoline and proceeded to be genuinely insane — 12 metres up, six backflips in a row, no motor, no vehicle, just pure airtime and a total disregard for what humans are supposed to be able to do. The crowd didn't know what to do with itself. These aren't guests anymore. They're M.O.D family.

The show ended with a full-scale fireworks display that turned the Klagenfurt sky into a light show worthy of the night it was closing out. Perfect punctuation on an absolutely stacked evening.
