Korneuburg, Austria – September 20, 2025 – Masters of Dirt marked the end of summer in style with its annual Sommerfest, drawing over 5,000 fans to the brand’s global headquarters in Korneuburg. This year’s edition was extra special, as it celebrated the grand opening of M.O.D World, a new action sports playground set to become a hub for adrenaline seekers just 20 minutes from Vienna’s city center.
At the heart of M.O.D World is Austria’s first E-MX track in a metropolitan area, designed to let kids and adults experience speed, airtime, and thrills not just as spectators but as riders themselves. Alongside the E-MX track, the facility boasts world-class Berg trampolines, a padel court, a kids-size jump with inflatable landing, a pro skatepark with resi jump box, and much more. Fans can now book riding sessions, day passes or even birthday parties at mastersofdirt.world.
"After crafting the world’s best show for over two decades, it was time to give back to Vienna and create a place where our fans can step into our world," said Georg Fechter, Founder and CEO of Masters of Dirt team. "We’ve seen more and more families at our shows, and our mission is not only to inspire but also to give kids the chance to ride, learn, and maybe even build a career in action sports."
The festival kicked off in spectacular fashion as 250 cyclists rode out from Vienna’s Praterstern, joining forces for a massive wheelie-filled entrance that set the tone for the day. Guests explored the brand-new playground, tested the Mini Master 16-inch electric balance bike (a fresh product launch for kids aged 4–9), and scored special end-of-season deals on Masters of Dirt fashion as well as collections from Fabio Wibmer’s brands Sick! and Nineyard.
As the sun set, the celebration continued with a VIP party, where riders, partners, and the extended M.O.D family toasted another milestone moment: the official opening of M.O.D World.
